Working Backwards: From Opportunity to Customer-Validated Design
Many aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage business owners understand where they want to go but are less certain about whether the foundations needed to get there are fully in place.
The challenge is rarely writing a business plan.
The challenge is understanding the customer, the market, the business requirements, financial viability, and the decisions required to build a sustainable business.
The Business Foundations Journey provides a structured pathway that helps participants strengthen their business thinking while building practical outputs they can use immediately.
The Customer Voice
Work backwards from target outcomes. Map the exact customer environment, capture their baseline insights, and define the specific problem or opportunity your venture is built to solve.
Process Architecture
Translate raw customer needs into measurable business requirements. Design the internal processes, operational workflows, and execution maps required to deliver that exact value predictably.
System Verification
Proactively stress-test the entire operational machine. Audit financial parameters, eliminate structural waste, and verify your system’s scale readiness before launching.

Week 1 begins with a Business Foundations Workshop and programme introduction. Weeks 2-6 follow the learning rhythm shown above.
Participants can use their preferred AI platform, including ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
The focus is not on generating answers.
The focus is on learning how to think, question assumptions, explore alternatives, and apply insights to a real business situation.
Additional AI-supported learning resources may be made available during the programme.
